Chocolate pudding instant dessert mix

Method

1. Pour the milk into a 1 litre mixing bowl and add the powdered mix.

2. Beat with an electric beater on low speed for 30 seconds.

3. Scrape down the sides and bottom of the bowl with a spatula, then beat again on high speed for 3 minutes until soft and fluffy. Do not over-mix.

4. For a large family-style serving, pour into a bowl and cover with cling film, or pour into individual bowls. Leave to set for 4 – 12 hours.

5. Serve chilled.
