- 500 mlsparkling water
- 1/2apple, finely sliced
- 2cinnamon sticks
- 1lime, sliced

Method
Pour the boiling water over the tea bags and allow to draw for 4 minutes. Remove the bags, let the tea cool, then chill it in the refrigerator.
Add the sparkling water, apple, cinnamon and lime and allow to infuse for 15 minutes, then serve over ice.
