- 500 mlboiling water
- 500 mlsparkling water
- 1 small piecefresh ginger, finely sliced
- 1star anise
- 1 sprigmint

Method
Pour the boiling water over the tea bags and leave to draw for 4 minutes. Remove the bags and allow the tea to cool, then chill it in the refrigerator.
Add the sparkling water, ginger, star anise and mint and leave to infuse for 10 minutes.
Fill the glasses with ice and top up with the iced tea.
